So.L.A.T. for some years now it has been equipped with a large photovoltaic system, installed on the roof of the structure.

The photovoltaic roof is capable of producing around 160,000 kW/year, therefore 1/3 of the annual electricity requirement consumed by So.L.A.T., significantly supporting the company’s productivity.

For the construction of the photovoltaic system it was necessary to dismantle the old asbestos roof and replace it with photovoltaic panels.

So.L.A.T. it’s always greener!

We are committed to respecting the environment on a daily basis with the production of increasingly eco-sustainable products made with recycled materials.

Internal doors in PVC Model PLA-DOOR and Model PLA-DOOR PL pl with recycled and eco-sustainable material, with a component ranging from 30% to over 60%:

• Interior door in PVC Model PLA-DOOR is composed of 30% recycled material.
• Interior door in PVC Model PLA-DOOR PL is made up of more than 60% recycled material.

So.L.A.T participated in The Big 5 Dubai, a prestigious trade fair event aimed at the Building and Construction sector with the aim of entering the Middle East market. The Big 5 Dubai is the largest event dedicated to the construction sector in the Middle East; contains sectors dedicated to products and a floor dedicated to brands. So.L.A.T, thanks to its presence in the Middle East, has already established an interesting commercial network and exports many of its products.

For 2015 we have created a new range of pvc beach walkways and a new technological system of pvc shower enclosures and tub enclosures.

The solutions for the beach by So.L.A.T. they are made entirely of PVC, do not require any maintenance and keep their characteristics constant over time.

PVC shower enclosures and bathtub enclosures are the result of a long and careful study and of SOLAT’s experience in working with PVC: the new items are ideal for homes but not only, they are easy to use, resistant and simple to install.

So.L.A.T will participate again this year in Batimatec 2015, the international building trade fair dedicated to building materials and public works which will take place in Algiers from 3 to 7 May.

BATIMATEC Expo is the International Building Exhibition considered as the largest trade fair of its kind on a continental scale.

The event is held regularly every year and gathers 800 exhibitors, with exhibitors and companies from 25 countries.

ALUMINUM Middle East is the largest gathering for professionals working with aluminium: it is the leading trade fair for aluminum products, technologies and investments in the Middle East.

The event brings together international producers and processors of raw materials and finished products made from aluminum components, suppliers of technologies and accessories for aluminum production and processing.

For this edition, ALLUMINIUM Middle East will host 180 exhibitors from 25 countries and over 3,000 industry professionals from 70 countries.

Since 29 January 2012 Solat has installed a photovoltaic system of 165 Kwatt of production, to make up for the daily consumption of electricity.

This intervention underlines the high level of professionalism and care of the company, the attention to the environment and the quality of the production tools used.
